As Black Friday looms on the horizon, and the professional bargain hunters sharpen their elbows and practice their aisle sprints, why not beat the madness by checking out some of these deals?  I’ve scoured the internet, spoken to retailers and collated a list of the best – in my opinion – Black Friday smartphone deals available today. But just because a TV is “4K” or “$500 off” doesn’t necessarily make it a good deal. Here’s a guide on sorting the studs from the duds on the shopping holiday. Know what you want to buy-- Don't be fooled by buzz words Just because something may be on sale doesn't necessarily mean you want it. If your current TV works fine and you aren't buying a 4K game system like a PS4 Pro or  Xbox One S , or a streaming device like a Chromecast Ultra or Roku Ultra anytime soon, you don't need to spend money on a 4K TV this weekend. The BlackBerry DTEK 50 seems like a good buy with a great design and added software and security features. Right when you thought   BlackBerry   would have lost interest in its smartphone business, the Canadian company has come back with two   Android -based devices catering to different price points. The Priv, thanks to its price was not much of a success, but the DTEK 50 aims to fix that by offering a secure Android smartphone in the mid-range. The DTEK 60 takes it a notch higher with premium features and a price that puts it in the flagship range. However, we decided to review the more affordable phone, as that is where the volumes will lie. BlackBerry DTEK 50 It is hard to get yourself to think of a BlackBerry phone without looking for the keyboards. Yes, even now. But yes, this is the reality. You can’t really sell a phone anymore because you have the best keyboard on the world. And BlackBerry learnt that the hard way. So the latest BlackBerry phones look like any othe
